In Financial Matters...

Salary Adjustments and Evaluations Every Six Months -
You'll be evaluated twice a year and receive appropriate salary adjustments. (That translates into - in most cases - a raise twice a year!)

Eight Paid Holidays -
Plus a half day on Christmas Eve.

Professional Staff Recruitment Bonus -
You can receive a cash bonus for helping us hire and retain new team members.

Professional Dues Paid by the Firm -
For example, the AICPA, DSCPA, and others.

Generous Vacation and Sick Time -

• Four weeks/year for managers, or anyone who has worked for us for five years.

We'll pay for a minimum of 40 hours of CPE, and we're not stingy about your attendance at national conferences in your specialty.  In fact, we encourage you to become an expert in a particular area. It may even be that this area is not purely accounting or tax related. It very well may be in any area that helps business owners have profitable companies.

CPA Track -

When you sit for the CPA exam, we do not expect you to use vacation time -- we pay you while you are out of the office.  And, once you've passed all four parts, we offer a one-time reimbursement for the CPA review course that you've taken.
